What Soho South is for women in Savannah, Pete's is for men.  This is the place were nuisance is not on the agenda; what we have here is food - the best ham sandwich (or ham and egg sandwich) in the City!  At times in the past, Pete's could have rivaled the "Soup Nazi" on Seinfeld but everyone seems to be mellowing out some.  Tuesday is spaghetti day at Pete's (we feel like calling it Mannie's) and it can be especially busy then.  Come here for breakfast or lunch and odds are you will be in and out in 30 minutes!
