Yoga at Sunrise
on the Beach on Tybee Island

| Ann teaches a very pleasant form of yoga on the Tybee
Beach every Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. and also on most Fridays. Bring a
mat or beach towel and a $10 bill and join the group of amateurs - usually
a mix of visitors and locals.
Drive to the North Beach parking lot on Tybee near the lighthouse. As you enter, park near the board walk on the South side (your right as you enter). There is no charge for parking at that hour.
